1. CPR Basics: Gain a clear understanding of the fundamentals of CPR, including the purpose, benefits, and importance of immediate action in cardiac emergencies.

2. Hands-on Practice: Get hands-on experience in performing CPR techniques on adult manikins under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Practice chest compressions, rescue breaths, and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) if available.

3. Choking Incidents: Learn how to respond effectively to choking emergencies that can occur in various settings. Acquire practical techniques to clear airways and assist individuals in distress.

4. Emergency Response Preparedness: Develop the confidence and skills necessary to act swiftly and appropriately in emergency situations. Learn about the critical steps to take while waiting for professional medical assistance to arrive.

5. Certification: Upon completion of the workshop, you will receive a certificate acknowledging your participation and successful completion of the CPR training program.
