Sterlynn Jones is a trauma-informed educator, mental health advocate, and certified American Red Cross instructor with over 15 years of experience serving youth, families, and underserved communities across Texas. As the founder of Sterling 1st Aid C.P.R.™, she has trained hundreds in CPR, first aid, opioid overdose response, and emotional crisis care—blending lifesaving physical skills with holistic mental wellness strategies.

A survivor of domestic violence and mental health trauma herself, Sterlynn created CPR for the Mind™ to fill a critical gap: teaching everyday people how to recognize the signs of emotional crisis, respond with compassion, and protect their own peace while helping others.

Sterlynn holds master’s degrees in Educational Administration and Nonprofit Management, and she is currently pursuing her Juris Doctorate. She brings deep community insight and unshakable purpose to every lesson—equipping others not just to survive, but to Cultivate. Purpose. Resilience.™
