Sterling 1st Aid C.P.R.™ provides instructor-led Group CPR / First Aid / AED training designed for organizations seeking high-quality, hands-on emergency preparedness education. This training is ideal for childcare centers, schools, churches, nonprofits, workplaces, and community organizations. Our group training follows a blended learning model, which includes an online learning component paired with an in-person classroom skills session. This approach ensures participants gain both foundational knowledge and practical, real-world skills needed to respond confidently during medical emergencies. Training Includes Adult & Pediatric CPR First Aid AED use and safety OSHA-aligned instruction Instructor-led, hands-on skills practice Certificate of Completion issued by Sterling 1st Aid C.P.R.™ Training is customized to the organization’s environment and emphasizes readiness, confidence, and proper response protocols. Group Training Requirements This service is available by group booking only On-site training requires a minimum group size One booking applies to one organization at one location Training dates are scheduled based on instructor availability Billing & Payment Group training sessions are billed separately based on group size, training format, and any selected add-ons. Pricing is not processed at checkout. An invoice will be issued once participant count, training scope, and scheduling details are confirmed. Optional Enhancements Organizations may request additional training components such as: Opioid Overdose Response education AED demonstration and workplace policy guidance Early Childhood Safety workshops Optional enhancements are billed separately and must be selected in advance. Sterling 1st Aid C.P.R.™ offers group CPR training through our platform using a deposit-based booking system to reserve instructor availability and secure training dates. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of online booking. The deposit secures your group training slot and will be applied toward the final invoice balance. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted. Remaining balances must be paid prior to the scheduled training date. End-of-Year Special Group Pricing 🫀 Group CPR / First Aid / AED Training Special Rate: $26 per person (group bookings only) This End-of-Year group rate allows organizations to lock in reduced pricing now and schedule training anytime in 2026, based on availability. Training includes: Adult & Pediatric CPR First Aid AED Training OSHA-aligned curriculum In-person skills session 2-Year Certification Final group cost is calculated as $26 × total number of participants. The $100 deposit paid online is deducted from the total invoice balance. Blended Learning Requirement All group bookings require completion of the blended learning online component prior to the in-person skills session. Access instructions will be provided after deposit payment. Participants must complete the online portion to receive certification. Failure to complete blended learning may require rescheduling and may result in additional fees. Add-ons must be selected in advance and apply to the full group: Opioid Overdose Response Training: +$5 per person ; Early Childhood Safety Workshop: +$5 per person (choose one) Important Notes Group pricing is not available through individual checkout One booking applies to one organization at one location Minimum group size applies Scheduling is subject to instructor availability By submitting a booking request and deposit through our website, the organization agrees to this pricing structure, deposit policy, and training requirements. $100 non-refundable deposit required.
