Sterling 1st Aid C.P.R.™ – Trauma-Informed CPR & First Aid Training Cultivate. Purpose. Resilience.™ This comprehensive training goes beyond traditional CPR and First Aid by integrating trauma-informed care principles with lifesaving emergency response skills. Participants learn how to protect both the physical safety and the emotional well-being of individuals during a crisis. Our program prepares bystanders, caregivers, and professionals to respond with confidence when every second counts. What You’ll Learn: Adult, Child & Infant CPR and AED use First Aid for common emergencies Choking response for all age groups Trauma-Informed Care: protecting emotional and psychological safety during emergencies Personal readiness: mental fitness, physical endurance, proper nutrition, and resilience after an emergency Who It’s For: Parents, caregivers, and educators Community leaders and faith-based organizations Nonprofits and corporate wellness programs Anyone who wants to be prepared to save lives Certification: 2-Year OSHA-Aligned CPR, AED, & First Aid Certification Self-paced, group, and webinar options available Group Training (In-Person or Virtual) Standard: 2.5–3.5 hours Includes lecture, demonstrations, skills practice, and trauma-informed role-play Larger groups (15–20 people) may take closer to 3.5 hours Certification awarded at the end of the session


Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy Group Training Pricing $26 per person (group rate) A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your group training date. Final pricing is calculated as $26 × total number of participants. The $100 deposit will be applied toward the final invoice balance, which is due prior to the training date. Sterling 1st Aid C.P.R.™ proudly partners with the Dallas Housing Authority to provide free or low-cost life-saving training for residents, seniors, Medicaid and Medicare recipients, and on-site staff. Our certified instructors deliver hands-on education designed to build safety, confidence, and resilience within every housing community. What’s Included Adult, Child & Infant CPR – Learn both hands-only and full CPR techniques for all ages. Opioid Overdose & Narcan Training – Identify signs of overdose and safely respond using naloxone. Emergency Preparedness Training – Gain practical steps to protect your family during fires, storms, or power outages. Who Can Participate Residents and families Seniors and youth programs Medicaid and Medicare recipients Property management and maintenance teams Resident councils and tenant leaders Why It Matters Emergencies happen when we least expect them. By bringing training directly to your property, we help create safer, more connected neighborhoods—especially for older adults, low-income families, and individuals with health challenges—where everyone knows how to respond in a crisis. Reservation Policy To confirm your requested date and secure your instructor, a $25 non-refundable reservation fee is required for all community training sessions. This small fee ensures commitment, covers basic setup materials, and allows us to continue offering free and discounted training opportunities throughout Dallas. Payment is due upon scheduling to reserve your training date. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to allow rebooking. Fee waivers may be available for senior programs and Medicaid/Medicare-supported housing communities.
