By registering for a course or service with Sterling First Aid C.P.R., you agree to these terms.

Registration and payment

A registration is confirmed once payment has been received and Sterling First Aid C.P.R. has sent a confirmation. Please provide accurate contact and participant information when registering. Course dates, times, locations, and requirements will be provided during booking.

No refunds

All sales are final. Payments are nonrefundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or cash equivalents for cancellations, missed classes, late arrival, withdrawal, change of mind, or failure to complete a course.

Rescheduling

If you cannot attend your scheduled class, contact Sterling First Aid C.P.R. to request a new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by us. Rescheduled training must take place in person at a Sterling First Aid C.P.R. location designated when the new date is arranged. Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund.

If Sterling First Aid C.P.R. cancels or postpones a class, we will contact registered participants to arrange a replacement date. Any rights required by applicable law remain in effect.

Attendance and course completion

Participants are responsible for arriving on time and attending the required portions of their course. A course card or certificate is issued only when the participant meets the applicable course attendance, skills, and testing requirements. Registration or payment alone does not guarantee certification.
